Step 1: Go to Omni chat page - Facebook Integrations
Step 2: Click on Settings button at the page (registered) that you want to set up
The page will redirect to the setting page for fanpage
Step 1. Go to Setting page of Fanpage - Users support section (according to the instructions above)
Step 2. Choose or search user to add to support user list
If you want to delete the user from the support list, click the button X
Step 2. Tick or untick to customize receiving Facebook chats and Facebook comments for each support staff member
Step 1. Go to Fanpage setting page - User support section
Step 2. Turn on auto assign
Step 3: Tick the desired assignment option:
Round robin or Random
Round robin: Fanpage messages and comments will be automatically distributed sequentially to employees in the support user list.
Random: Fanpage messages and comments will be automatically distributed randomly to employees in the support user list.
Step 4. Options apply to employees
Only users online: Only applies to employees who are online
All users: Apply assignments to all employees even if they are offline
Bước 5. Click Lưu
Step 1. Go to setting page of Fanpage - Tags section
Step 2. Choose tag , The chosen tag will automatically be attached to new customers from this Fanpage
Step 3. Click Save
1.4. Configure Lead Source for new customers from Omni
Step 1. Go to setting page of Fanpage - Lead source section
Step 2. Choose source, New customers from this page will have the source as the chosen source
