Operations with Task
1. Update Task
There are 2 ways to update task:
Update task manually
Update at task list
Note: The employees must be granted permission to edit, specifically as follows:
Members who are granted permission to edit ticket will be able to edit tasks:
Tasks are assigned
Tasks create for yourself
Admins who are granted permission to edit ticket can edit shared tasks
Owner can edit any task.
Step 1: Open task list, press button at task which you want to edit
The page moves to the task editing page.
Step 2: Change the desired information and press Save
Enter and change the same information when creating task

Group
PIC (employee)
Priority
Category
Customer, related to order

Step 1. At the menu on the left, press Tasks to open task list page
Step 2. Press the title of any task -> The right window appears allowing editing task information (see image in step 3)
Step 3. Change the desired information and press Save
Employees can assign Tasks to other employees or themselves.
There are 3 ways to assign task:
Step 1. At the menu on the left, press Tasks to open task list page, press View button at any task
The page redirects to the task detail information page.
Step 2. Enter the person in charge’s name to open the editing dialog box
Step 3. Choose the desired employee and press the green tick to save changes.
Step 1. Open task list, press Edit button at task which you want to edit
Step 2. At the task editing page, change person in charge to the desired employee
Step 3. Press Save to save change.
Step 1. At the menu on the left, press Tasks to open the task list page
Step 2. Press the title of any task -> The right window appears allowing editing task information (see image in step 3)
Step 3. Change person in charge and press Save button
Step 1. At the menu on the left, press Tasks to open Task list page
Step 2. Tick Tasks which need to assign, press Person in charge button
Step 3. Select the object to assign
Select Group: “None” or the group containing the employee to be chosen.
Choose a responsible Person as the employee you want to assign.
When the task is completed, the employee needs to Done task (complete the Task).
There are 2 ways to complete:
Complete the task at the Task detail page
Complete a series of tasks at the task list page
Note: Only authorized employees are allowed to complete the Task
To reopen the task, you can edit the task status according to the instructions in part 1. Updating the Task
At the task information page, press the DONE status to complete the task.
Step 1. At the menu on the left, press Tasks to open Task list page
Step 2. Tick tasks which need to complete, press Complete and confirm completion
Owner is allowed to delete any task
Admin is allowed to delete the shared tasks
Member is only allowed to delete tasks created by that member
Open Updating task page, press Delete button and confirm to complete
There are 3 levels of warnings for a task about to expire:
Before the deadline of 15 minutes
Before the deadline of 10 minutes
Before the deadline of 5 minutes
All task expiration notifications will appear on the screen until the employee confirms or chooses to inform.
A warning will appear in the middle of the screen, with the Task ID. Clicking on the task ID will open the Task details page that needs to be completed.
