Instructions to reset password for employees

1.  Change password operation when logging in for the first time

Step 1: Log in to Antbuddy

After receiving a new account, employees login with email and password information provided by the customer service department of Antbuddy

Step 2: Open Update profile page:

Press avatar symbol at the top right corner of the screen

Choose View Profile

Press button to open Update profile page

Step 3: Open Password tab

Enter the old password and new password

Press Save to complete the changing password 

The notification after changing password successfully “Your password has been updated.”

Right now, you can log in to AntBuddy with the new password.

2.  Reset password operation if you forget your password 

Employees can ask the Administrator to reset their password according to the Instructions

or retrieve your password yourself according to the steps below:

Step 1: Choose Forgot Password

Method 1: Operation on the Web browser:

Go to Antbuddy web login link: https://antbuddy.com/signin and choose Forgot Password

Method 2: Operation on the Antbuddy callbar(AntRing Softphone)

Open Callbar and choose Forgot Password at the login interface

Method 3: Operation on the Antbuddy App 

Open Antbuddy and choose Forgot Password

Step 2: Enter the email you are using to log in to Antbuddy in the empty box and press Submit

After pressing Submit, the screen will display the notification: “You should receive an email shortly with further instructions.“

Step 3: Check inbox

Check mail with the title AntBuddy - Reset password, press Reset Your Password in the email (like the picture below)

Step 4: Enter new password 

Enter new password into New Password box and Confirm Password in the tab that just opened. After pressing Submit 

After pressing Submit, the system will automatically navigate and log in to AntBuddy.
