AntRing - Instruction to install and use Mobile App AntBuddy

1. AntBuddy Omnichannel Center application

AntBuddy Omnichannel Center is a software that allows receiving and making calls via VoIP service on mobile devices to help users call or receive calls through the AntBuddy switchboard connection center.

1.1. Download AntBuddy Omnichannel Center application

Access the mobile app market (CH Play or Play Store on Android devices and App Store on iOS devices) and search for "AntBuddy: Omnichannel Center", select and install AntBuddy's application (image below - Image may vary depending on using device)

Note: The application only works when it connects to the Internet and prioritizes the use of 3G/4G.

1.2. Login AntBuddy Omnichannel Center application

After downloading and completing the installation of the application, open the application and log in while allowing the permissions for the application to operate (allow notifications, access contacts, microphone, appear on top, phone)

Enter username, password and press Login

Note: - After logging in, make sure your user status is Online.

1.4. Actions on Callbar application

1.4.1. Making outgoing call

Enter the number from the dial pad (1) on the application or press and hold in the display box (3) and paste the phone number to call, the called number will be displayed on the application screen.

Press the dial button (2) to make outgoing calls.

You can quickly call out recent calls by switching to the Recent tab and clicking on the number you want to call out.

Call back the dialed number by clicking on Call button . Pressing once will display the old number (if there is one), pressing again will start calling.

1.4.2. Receiving incoming call

When there is an incoming call, the headset (speaker) will play sound.

The application will automatically turn on allowing the Agent to receive the call or refuse the call

Transfer (transfer) the call

When you press call transfer (transfer), a pop-up screen will appear displaying the box to enter the internal number to be transferred. Enter the store's (or employee's) number and press call transfer to transfer the call you are talking to the store ( or employee) respectively.

2. Some notes when using the application

  • In case you use Wifi and the calls have problems such as: not receiving the incoming calls, receiving calls with stuttering, so you should contact with IT to check SIP ALG on the Internet system.   • In the using process, if there is a wifi-related problem, you can switch your mobile device to use 3G/4G to receive and make calls. Note: you need to turn off wifi completely, only use 3G/4G.

  • Allow all permissions of application when required to ensure the app works best.
