AntCRM - Adding Receive/Stop receiving session feature in Omni

1/ Adding Receive Chat/Stop Receiving Chat button in Omni. This button allows users to receive or stop receiving sessions in Omni.

Receiving message: All session flows will flow to the user according to the assignment rules in Omni.

User click on button after the system updates successfully, the stop receiving chat button will change

Stop receiving message: The session stream will no longer flow to the user until the user chooses Receive Chat again

Note: After the shift ends, the user must click Stop Receiving Chat and then logout/or close the browser so that the session stream will no longer be assigned to them.

2/ Working time report in Omni: Owner can view reports of users' Stop and Receive Chats

Working time:

Working time detail: Includes number of pauses, start and end time of each pause, total pause time of each user
