AntCRM - Instructions to configure a ZNS campaign

1. What is ZNS?

ZNS stands for Zalo Notification Service, this is a convenient text message service within Zalo's Official Account (OA) solution that helps businesses enhance their ability to provide information to customers.

2. How to configure ZNS campaign on AntCRM

Step 1: Enter Setting -> Integrate ZNS-> fill in the parameter (*) -> Save

(*): Application ID, application secret key 

Step 2: Choose Create campaign

Step 3: Select receiver list (There are 3 ways) => Continue

1. Choose from the contact list available in the system

2. Import PID into the system (template download from number 4)

3. Import subscriber list into the system (template download from number 4)

Step 4: Enter the information for campaign -> Create campaign

Step 5: At the campaign list screen, choose Approve -> enter note -> Continue

Step 6: Wait for the campaign to be approved and sent

Step 7: View campaign statistics
