AntCRM - How to integrate Facebook into AntCRM? 

Step 1: Access Facebook Integration page

Method 1: On the left menu Trên thanh menu trái, click on Omni chat 

Choose Facebook tab, click on Integration

Method 2:  Enter general settings page ⇒ choose Omni chat ⇒ Choose Facebook integrations

Step 2: At Facebook integration page, click Integrate button

Step 3: Use Admin account of page to integrate

There are 2 cases: 

Casr 1: If you are not logged into Facebook, when you click the Integrate button, the page will open a dialog box asking you to log into Facebook. You must be logged in to integrate. 

Note: The login account must have at least 1 Fanpage

If your account doesn't have a Fanpage yet, please create a Fanpage according to the instructions here 

After logging in, a confirmation popup continuing with the current account will pop up, Click Continue under the name…

Case 2: If you are logged in to Facebook, when you click the Integrate button, a confirmation popup to continue with your current account will pop up, click Continue under the name …

Note:  The current account must have at least 1 Fanpage. If the account is not the correct one, click Log in with another account to log in again with the correct account with the desired Fanpage.

Step 4. Tick to choose the pages to use for integration into AntCRM, click Continue

When integrating successfully, the screen will display the message “Integration facebook successfully!” and your pages will appear

Step 5: Choose the page that you want to register, click Activate button
