AntCRM - How to integrate Zalo into AntCRM ?

How to integrate Zalo into AntCRM ? 

Step 1: Choose Settings -> Omni chat -> Zalo integrations

At this time, users have 2 ways to choose the Zalo bot to perform Integration

Step 2:

Method 1: Use the user's own Zalo bot. See instructions to create a Zalo Bot here

Enter the application ID and application Secret Key then choose Update Zalo application

Then, user choose button

After successfully logging in to Zalo, the user will be redirected to the popup to choose OA and grant OA management permissions, choose Allow

Method 2: Users use Antbuddy's Zalo Bot.

Now the user just needs to choose the button and select OA, grant management permissions as in method 1
