 Instructions to set up linked emails on Ant CRM 

 

 

 

Open the settings page by clicking the Settings icon in the left corner of the screen

Choose Email integrations:

1. Setup business email 

Choose “ Business email” to set up email sending out to all users in the company.

Only Owner/ Admin has the view and set up permission for this email.

 

1. 1 Set up Email associated with Gmail/Office 365 

Ant CRM supports configuring emails sent out to individuals and to the entire company, the configuration method is similar. If your company doesn't send too many emails and the attachment file size is small, you just need to link it to your existing email account and you can use it right away. BeeIQ supports Gmail and Office 365 integration.

Below are the steps to link Gmail

Step 1: Click on Connect button under Gmail:

Step 2: Login gmail that you want to link by email and password, then press Continue (Skip this step if your browser has logged into Gmail before)

Step 3: Allow AntCRM to access your account

 

Your Gmail will be displayed under the Gmail tab after successfully linking.

In addition, employees can link to office 365 or configure smtp for their own personal email at the section.

        1.2. Using system email 

Admins can update the domain name of the business email according to the company name , company@beeiq.co

  • Enter domain name

  • Press Save to complete

1.3. Configure SMTP email 

Owner/Admin configures the SMTP email account for all users to use

 

 

Below are the specific details you need to set up SMTP email:

  • Name: In the Name input box, enter the name you want to appear in email notifications sent by SMTP.

This is not required, but it helps display the correct sender's name


 

 

  • From Email: Enter the SMTP email that is used to send

  • Server address: In the SMTP server address field, specify the address of the email server to use to send outgoing emails, Ex. smtp.mailgun.org

  • Port: In the Port field, specify the port number on which the SMTP server accepts email.

  • Username: SMTP email 

  • Password: Application password of SMTP email 

  • SSL: enable/ disable depending on  port

 

For example, setup SMTP for Gmail:

2. Setup personal email.

Each employee, in addition to being able to send emails using a linked managed Company email, can also link Gmail/Office 365 or integrate SMTP to send emails from AntCRM.

When employees integrate personal emails, only employees can see and use that email

The linked personal email is similar to the business email, the image after successfully linking.

3. Customize personal signature

Your signature will be used in one-to-one emails through the associated email

Just enter your signature in the text area and click submit

To check the results, you can open the lead/contact details and click the Send Email button.

It will display all successfully configured emails in the "From:" field and the signature in the content area.

 

Tips: Please contact your company's IT department for support with email SMTP configuration parameters.
