AntCRM - View and edit customer information at the Omni site:
When a Facebook or Zalo customer interacts with the page, that customer information will be saved on the AntCRM system as a contact. If the customer has an email or phone number that matches the contact already on the system, the system will merge the information.
1.1. Instruction to view customer information
Step 1. Go to view any message/comment → customer information will appear on the right side of the page
Step 2: click View detail → The browser will open a new tab to the page to view saved customer details

Step 2: click on three dots “...” or the or information available for correction
Enter the information and press Enter
Other fields such as phone number, name, address also follow the same.
