How to filter customers at Omni?

1. Filter by message/Comment viewing status

Step 1: At filter bar, click on filter by message status → there are 4 options: 

  • Message: All messages and comments on the page are not marked Done

  • Pending: Messages and comments have been assigned but have not been marked as Done

  • Unread: Unread messages, comments

  • Done: The messages and comments have been supported and marked Done

Step 2: Click to choose the filter type that you want 

For example, choose filter by Pending

The Facebook Comment tab and the Zalo Message tab do the same

2. Filter by owner

Step 1. Open Omni page - Facebook Tab (Same with Zalo)

Step 2. Choose Message or Comment tab that you want to filter

Step 3. Click on Icon Filter by owner

There are 3 filter option: 

  • All: Displays all assigned and unassigned Messages or Comments

  • Unassigned: Filter unassigned Messages or Comments

  • Specific employee: Filter messages or comments assigned to the chosen employee.

3. Instructions to search by customer name or message

Step 1: At search bar , click on icon search

Step 2: Enter the customer name that you want to find

For example: enter the name “Thuan”

The Facebook Comments tab and the Zalo Messages tab also do the same

Or enter the keyword of the message you want to search
