AntCRM - Instruction to manipulate classificaiton Labels for Omni Facebook

1. Create tag for Omni

Step 1: Press Add tag button

Step 2: Enter tag name that you want to add

2. Tag

Step 1: Choose message or comment

Step 2: Click icon Tag

Step 3:  Choose Tag that you want to tag

Step 4: Press Save

3. Filter by tag

Click on the tag you want to filter, the system automatically filters all messages and comments labeled with that label

If you want to unfilter by label, press the tag once more: the system automatically will unfilter
