How to create SMS, Email template?

SMS and Email Marketing are probably no longer unfamiliar concepts to businesses. Sending SMS, Email for customer care, product introduction, happy birthday... brings a large number of customers, countless profits, the more interactions, the more loyal and trustworthy customers are. 

With AntCRM, you can compose existing SMS and Email templates, this template will be used for everything, everywhere, every employee you allow, employees just need to send it with a simple operation, moreover, you You can use this template to run SMS, Mailchimp, Marketing Automation campaigns...

Below are instructions to create SMS and Email templates.

1. How to create SMS template

Step 1.Go to Settings page - Template - SMS template

Step 2. Press button



Step 3. Enter the necessary information 

  • Template name (required) 

  • Description: Is the content that describes the content, purpose, nature... of the SMS template for users to recognize, customers will not receive this information. 

  • Content (required): Is the content of the SMS message that the customer receives

  • Available information:  Use these keywords to represent the corresponding information of each customer, for each customer, the information will be replaced correctly.

For example:

  • Set permissions to share SMS templates, with the following 4 options:

+ Everyone

+ User

+ Group

+ Only me

If a user shares rights to an SMS template, that user can see and use that template, and can update that SMS template (if granted permission to edit the SMS template).

2. How to create Email template 

Step 1. Go to Settings page - Template - Email template

Step 2. Press button

Step 3. Enter the necessary information

  • Template name (required) 

  • Description: Is the content that describes the content, purpose, nature... of the SMS form so that users can recognize it, customers will not receive this information.

  • Email subject: is the title of the email, it is the first part that the recipient sees, so the email subject line needs to be short and attractive.

  • Content (required): Is the content of the email that the customer receives

  • Available information: Use these keywords to represent the corresponding information of each customer, for each customer, the information will be replaced correctly.

For example:  

{{CUS_FIRST_NAME}}: replace the name per customer

{{CUS_DOB}} : replace date of birth for each customer

  • Attachment: select the file attached to the email to send to the recipient, maximum 20Mb per Email template.

  • Set permissions to share SMS templates, with the following 4 options:

+ Everyone

+ User

+ Group

+ Only me
