This feature allows users to create a list of quick responses to posts on Facebook. Each Post will have a separate list of quick responses.
This feature is to help users reply to comments quickly.
1. Create a list of quick response
Step 1: Enter Settings → Omni chat → Omni message template
Step 2: Enter title, content; choose category. And then choose Add button
2. Usage:
Step 1: At the customer comments on omni, press icon
Step 2: Double-click the desired answer
Step 3: Press Enter
