AntCRM - Instruction to integrate WhatsApp Business to an Omni channel

To integrate WhatsApp Business into Ant CRM, Users must connect Facebook page to WhatsApp. Instructions here

Step 1: Enter Settings -> Omni chat -> Whatsapp Integrations

Step 2: Choose 

Step 3: At the verification popup, choose if your facebook account is an administrator of a fanpage connected to WhatsApp.

If not, you log in to the administrator account by clicking on the link Login to other account

Step 4: Choose the business that you want to allow AntCRM to access, then choose

Step 5: Choose the WhatsApp account that you want to integrate into the system, then press

Step 6: Choose Save

Step 7: Choose Got it

Step 8:  Choose a desired phone number and press


Step 9: After Users register, the system displays a popup to choose the verify method.

Now, Users can use Whatsapp on AntCRM.

The system will automatically send a 6-digit OTP code via the registered WhatsApp phone number:

  • If the user has not verified, the user will enter OTP

  • If the user has verified, it will proceed to the next screen -> Continue

At this time, the system requires the user to enter the Whatsapp PIN code. Instruction to change PIN code

The user enters the PIN code and clicks Confirm to complete the integration
