Instructions to reset password to login to Antbuddy

Employees can ask the Administrator to reset the password for them according to the instructions

or retrieve your password yourself according to the steps below:

Step 1: Choose Forgot password

Method 1: Operation on the Web browser:

Enter login Antbuddy web link: https://antbuddy.com/signin and choose Forgot password

Method 2: Operation on Antbuddy callbar (AntRing Softphone)

Open Callbar and choose Forgot password at Login interface

Method 3: Operation on Antbuddy App 

Open Antbuddy and choose Forgot password

Step 2: 

• Method 1: Enter the email that you are using to login Antbuddy into the empty box and press Submit

After pressing Submit, the screen will display the notification: “You should receive an email shortly with further instructions.”

• Method 2: Enter the email you are using to log in to Antbuddy in the empty box and press Submit

After pressing Submit, the screen will display the notification: “You should receive an email shortly with further instructions”

• Method 3: Enter the email you are using to log in to Antbuddy in the empty box and press Reset password

After pressing Reset password, the screen will display the notification: “We have sent instructions to email”

Step 3: Check email

• Method 1: Check the mail title AntBuddy - Reset password, press Reset your password in the email (like the image)

• Method 2: Check the mail title AntBuddy - Reset password, press Reset your password in the (like the image)

• Method 3: Check the mail title  AntBuddy - Update your account, press Update your account in the email (like the image)

Step 4: Enter the new password 

Method 1: Enter the new password into the new password box and confirm password in the tab that just opened. After pressing Submit. 

The password has changed successfully, the screen will have the notification:  “Your account has been updated.”

• Method 2: Enter the new password into the new password box and confirm password in the tab that just opened. After pressing Submit.

• Method 3: After pressing Update your account in the email, press “Click here to proceed” to change the password

• Enter the new password into the new password box and confirm the password in the tab that just opened. After pressing Submit

The password has changed successfully, the screen will have the notification:  “Your account has been updated.”

Step 5: Login by the email and new password
