AntCRM - General setup instructions for Omni

1. Configure the session closing time 

Step 1: Enter Settings

Step 2:  Choose Omni

Step 3: Choose Other settings

Step 4:  Enter The desired session closing time after (minute): After the set amount of time, the session is automatically closed

Step 5: Enable

2. Configure the waiting time to change the person in charge when the session has not been answered: After the set time, if the assigned agent does not respond, the session is automatically assigned to another agent according to the assignment rules.

Step 1: Enter Settings

Step 2:  Choose Omni

Step 3: Choose Other settings

Step 4:  Enter the desired maximum waiting time of the session (minute)

Step 5: Enable

3. Set up the display of the number of Short and Full messages

Step 1: Enter Settings

Step 2:  Choose Omni

Step 3: Choose Other settings

Step 4: Choose the display   or
